Personal checks/money orders, or Federal PAC funds only please. No Cash accepted. Federal law limits contributions from individuals to $2,300 per person per election cycle. Contributions to Vince Micco for Congress are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Contributions from corporations and foreign nationals are prohibited. Multi-candidate PACs may contribute $5,000 per election.
Partnerships and limited liability companies (LLCs) may contribute the same amount as individuals ($2,300) so long as they have elected to be treated as a partnership for federal income tax purposes and no portion of the contribution is attributed to a corporation or foreign national. Please include a letter attributing the contribution amount to the individual partners.
